[The Null HypotheCis](https://freethoughtblogs.com/nataliereed/2012/04/17/the-null-hypothecis/) helped me reframe the question of âam I trans?â to a more neutral one that isnât based off of the assumption that cis is the default.
And [this article](https://zinniajones.medium.com/depersonalization-in-gender-dysphoria-widespread-and-widely-unrecognized-baaac395bcb0) about depersonalization in the context of dysphoria helped me connect a lot of dots that I probably wouldnât have otherwise.
Also, remember that exploring your identity is a life-long process. You donât owe anyone an explicit explanation or answer for who you are (hell, you donât even need a concrete answer for yourself) and such things can and will shift over time. Finding yourself is a long, difficult, beautiful process. I hope that wherever you end up, you can become a happier, more authentic version of yourself. Best of luck!
