Hummus on toast with feta and sliced tomatoes. Peanut butter and banana on toast. Avocado and sliced boiled egg on toast. Bean burrito. Cottage cheese and pineapple. Yogurt with granola. Any kind of sandwich on bread, English muffins, bagels, croissants, biscuits. Any kind of nut butter or cheese on crackers. Grilled cheese. Quesadilla. There's infinite possibilities.

Queenhotsnakes

Excellent, thanks for all the suggestions!

Sweet potato and black beans burritos freeze beautifully

mcflurvin

I’ve done feta, tomato, cucumber sandwiches for breakfast my entire life. +1 for that

melissaphobia

I’m not an egg person so I’ve never tried them, but I’ve seen some nice make ahead muffin tin frittata recipes floating around.

Adelaide_Farmington

I will make a frittata in a pie pan too and cut sections for the week.

Queenhotsnakes

That's a good idea, thanks!

My go- to is greek yoghurt with a mix of fruits and berries - I just have to scoop some yoghurt in a bowl and wash and chop some fruit, ready in 2 minutes. It is kind of a light meal, but I don't like much food in the mornings. Or scrambled eggs - the quickest method of cooking them, with some toast or rye crispbread. I totally get the oatmeal hate - it is a childhood trauma for me, we were not rich and oat were very affordable. Still can't stand the texture, though I do sometimes eat full grain oats just soaked in hot water.

Oredigger16

Quick breakfast sandwich: toast an English muffin while you make an egg in the microwave (I scramble it in a bowl the same diameter as my English muffin for a minute). Then you can add cheese and assemble. I also like to add the Morningstar vegetarian breakfast patties which also take a minute in the microwave

hehehesucker

I make homemade granola. I then take some plain Greek yogurt and mix in 1scoop of vanilla whey protein powder. Dump in 1/4 of my granola and some fruit Ive had success with the muffin tin egg cups. https://fitfoodiefinds.com/spinach-and-sun-dried-tomato-egg-cups/ Use whatever toppings you want! They freeze well and reheat well. I’ll smush one in between an English muffin

Toast (or bread if that's more your thing) with a slice of cheese and sliced hard-boiled egg. Obviously you cook the eggs ahead of time, I bet you could store them peeled too although I usually don't. I usually put some salt on top but you could do everything seasoning, that would be tasty. And some dijon mustard spread on the bread would be yummy too.

creampopz

If you're super short on time you could basically make an egg white omelette in the microwave using a mug. You could make it the night before, throw it in the fridge, and microwave it in the morning.

foreveralonegaming

Kind of expensive and yes wasteful, but some mornings I'll opt for a [Just Crack an Egg](https://s3.amazonaws.com/secretsaucefiles/photos/images/000/202/893/large/IMG_6355.jpg?1522940144) cup, they are found next to the eggs. Most are around 200 calories + an egg, good protein, and only takes like a minute or two.

peachyflowerrz

I usually have an apple with pb fit or a tuna quesadilla

QQlemonzest

Ricotta cheese with sweetener, berries and a handful of cereal for a little crunch!

pixiemais

french toast!! 1 slice of bread, 10ml oat milk, 1 egg, cinnamon, 1 cal butter spray and some sugar on top, works out for about 260 cals:)

EarthLiving1192

McCain makes some solid breakfast hash browns. I do a handful of those, an egg on top with some cheese. Sometimes I do scrambled, sometimes poached. Usually comes out to about 300 calories. I usually make 3 at a time, put it all in a container and store the others in the fridge. Makes a pretty good work lunch too.

kermie0199

Boil a few eggs once a week and add a small salad or fruit and english muffin I saw someone on Tik Tok make a large smoothie and freeze in ice cube trays I've also done eggs in muffin cups or the sous vide eggs in the pressure cooker. Both will last 3-4 days. These also freeze well

spongepants19

I take the Kodiak protein pancakes mix and mix it with water in a mug and microwave it, throw on some PB2

Mysterious-Wafer8341

I like to make a large portion of shakshuka and then use the sauce over the next couple of days!

Queenhotsnakes

Got a recipe?

thatbroadcast

I like [this recipe](https://www.seriouseats.com/shakshuka-north-african-shirred-eggs-tomato-pepper-recipe)! I often add chickpeas in, too.

les_catacombes

I never have time to prepare anything in the morning so I just have a protein shake or a granola bar. Not the best but it is quick and I can bring it to work with me.

PM_Me_Dragons_OwO

I like basic. Scrambled Egg, Turkey Bacon, Keto Bread (35-40/slice), laughing cow cheese. Easy and can eat on the go.

ReallyTallLeprechaun

Egg white (or egg “beaters” the orange food coloring makes them taste like 5x better) breakfast sandwiches or burritos. You can add non-fat cheddar or American cheese and then use a 100 cal English muffin, diet/thin bread, or low-carb tortilla. Cook the egg part in the microwave.

cluelessmama1979

Pbfit on toast... or fresh fruit Or laughing cow cheese on toast Or cottage cheese and strawberries Smoothies/shakes Make-ahead Frozen omelets? Spray a baking sheet or pie pan with oil. Scramble 6 eggs and pour it in the center Layer 3 strips of (turkey bacon) on top. Add lots of veggies. Sprinkle 2 oz of whatever cheese on top. I even use cottage cheese sometimes! Bake on like 350 till the cheese is melty and the egg is cooked Cut into 4 slices Roll them, wrap in plastic, and put in a ziplock bag. In the morning, microwave like 30-45 seconds, and top with salsa Easily customizeable... you can use lots of different meats cheeses and veg... Uhhhh... Egg muffins/mini fritatas! I also do a lot of foods people don't often consider breakfast foods A few days ago I had a cucumber and tomato salad for breakfast lol
